Upon arrival, I found one of the toilets to be clogged. The client informed me they had tried to use a hand auger with no success. I provided estimates to clear the blockage. Upon receiving approval, I began by pulling the toilet and running the cable downstream. I was able to clear the blockage and reset the toilet. Upon completion, the line was tested and is clear of any blockage.
