Upon arrival the client stated they had a large amount of scale build up in their water heater. The scale buildup is due to the hard water in the home. I provided an estimate to install a water softener which would remove the hard water in the home. Upon receiving approval I installed the new softener and required piping. Upon completion I tested the softener and confirmed it is in working order.
