The client requested the ball valve be replaced. Upon arrival, I inspected the main water line and existing valve. A re-pipe of the copper line is required due to future valve requirements. I explained this to the property manager and provided them with the estimate. Once the estimate was approved, I shut the water off to the home and disconnected the necessary piping. I then re-piped the line and installed the new valve. Upon completion, all newly installed material was inspected and tested to confirm proper operation.
