The client stated there was no water pressure in one of the units. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no water pressure in the second unit either. Both units share one PRV on the incoming water main. I was able to determine the valve had failed. The client approved the replacement of the valve and the replacement was completed. Upon completion, the water pressure was tested in both units and I was able to confirm the water pressure is back to the correct pressure.
