The client stated the main line is backing up and causing gurgling in the shower and toilet. Upon arrival I located the cleanout in the backyard and found standing water in the line. I provided an estimate to jet the lines which was approved. I began by running the jetting machine in the line and I was able to get the standing water in the line to drain. Upon completion I performed a complimentary camera inspection to ensure the line was clear and to determine whether or not there is an issue with the line that could be the cause of the main line backing up. During the inspection I found a belly in the line. If the line continues to back up, I am recommending the main line be replaced.
